Entry To Tuchrung

HOW DOES THIS FIT THE THEME?

- IT INVOLVES US DEFENDING A LARGE DOOR THAT LEADS TO AN INVADING ARMY.

HOW DO I PLAY?

- Some basic controls: 
+ Press Tab to view the Information bar.
+ Press the sideways arrow keys to move between different kinds of turrets.
+ Click the left mouse button to place these turrets down anywhere you'd like.
+ Press escape to quit the game.
+ When you fail a mission, just wait 10 seconds, the game will switch back to the menu.

THE STORY SO FAR:

- You are the Defense Minister of a fictional country, with a happy family of 2 kids and a wife. After being in a war with its neighbor for 5 years, the country is on its last stand. The city of Tuchrung (its capital) is under siege. 

- Knowing that your enemies have super powerful weapons that can end the city, you decided to save some money from the total defense budget to buy yourself a border pass and run away before the nukes come.

- A struggle between the citizens' lives and yours ensues as your country enters its final days.

GAME MECHANICS (VERY IMPORTANT!)
- There is a total defense budget of 80,000 STOMAS (fictional currency) and a total population of 300,000 people in the country
- Use them wisely, as you will need up to 40,000 STOMAS for the border pass and end the game.
- There will be different amounts of defense budget  allocated for each day. You must balance between yourself and the citizens' lives.
- If 5,000 are dead, there would be "corruption checks" put in place. They have a 40% chance of happening. If these corruption checks find out that you spend less than 50% of the allocated budget, you are doomed.
- There would also be an allocated "casualty quota". If the amount of casualties in one day exceeds this quota, you are doomed.
- The neighboring country will also launch a nuke in 18 days (into Tuchrung). Try and gather the money as soon as possible and escape!


STATS:

- Each enemy soldier has 1500HP.
- Single and double barreled fire 40 - 70 damage per shot. Single barrels fire faster.
- Artillery batteries have short barrels, dealing 80 damage per shot, firing 3 shots in total, but they fire very slowly.
